At Watchmando, we provide premium watch care solutions. Due to the specific nature of our cleaning kits and the liquids (sprays) they contain, we maintain a strict No-Return Policy to guarantee the hygiene, safety, and chemical integrity of our products for all customers.

1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law (specifically exceptions for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons), the right of withdrawal does not apply to our cleaning kits.

  • All sales are final.

  • Once a cleaning kit has been dispatched or the seal has been tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We cannot verify the composition or safety of a liquid spray once it has left our controlled environment, which is why we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
